Rexcatz International was founded by Judy & Jack Picknell of Sebbitiboo Cornish Rex in Kent, UK. Upon Judy's retirement from the cat fancy, the Rexcatz site was handed over to Pam Williams of Rhagorol Devon Rex, who now maintains the site.

This website is independent of any Clubs or Organisations and is run purely for lovers of Rex Cats throughout the world.
